ASSESS-APE LLC was started to provide children, adolescents, and families with the best possible diagnostic assessment in the area of physical education and gross motor development. Our objective approach, is to assess individuals with with care and attention to detail in order to support the individual’s goals, talents, and challenges.

Andrea M. Bazer, M.Ed.

Andrea Bazer is a credential Physical Education Teacher and Adapted Physical Education Specialist. She has 25 years experience in the Lemon Grove and San Diego Unified School Districts, assessing, planning and implementing quality programs to individuals with disabilities, who require highly specialized services, that include movement education and motor development. Currently, Andrea lives in Lemon Grove, CA and provides IEE's(Independent Educational Evaluations) in the Southern California area.
